Sometime between Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008, at 3 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008, at 12 p.m., suspect(s) entered a warehouse owned by Nordesign at 4532 Manilla Road S.E., by using a key and entering a correct alarm code. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole furniture with an estimated value of over $20,000.
Sometime between Monday, Oct. 27, 2008, at 7:30 p.m., and Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2008, at 6 a.m., unknown suspect(s) broke into a fenced compound at 6304 Burbank Road S.E. The suspect(s) forced a vehicle gate on the north side of the building, causing part of the gate to separate. Once inside the compound, they broke into a tool box, which was in the back of a 2004 Ford F350 truck. The suspect(s) removed approximately $7,000 in various tools from the tool box. They also broke into a 1999 Ford Explorer. The driver’s door lock and shifter column in the Explorer was damaged.
Sometime between Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008, at 6 p.m., and Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008, at 4 a.m., unknown suspect(s) entered an office/warehouse of Tomark Industries Inc., at 58 5329-72 Ave. S.E., by twisting off the lock on the main front door. Once inside, the suspect(s) went through all the desk drawers and filling cabinets in the reception area and two front offices. They located a cash box and a digital camera. They removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the box and the digital camera.
