At approximately 2:30 a.m., on Wednesday, June 25, 2014, unknown culprit(s) broke into the business of Jaffey Optical, located at 528 22 Midlake Blvd. S.E. Culprits gained entry by using a hammer to break the glass in the door. Once inside the culprit(s) removed approximately 50 pairs of designer sunglasses and damaged approximately 30 other pairs before leaving the store. 

The sunglasses are valued at approximately $7500.00, and the property damage totaled approximately $5500.00.

Sometime between Monday, June 9 and Wednesday, June 18, 2014,  unknown culprit(s) entered a locked fenced compound owned by Airpac Enterprises, located at 8715 40 St. S.E. 

Culprits gained entry by climbing a small dirt mound on the southwest portion of the property and then hopping the fence. Once inside they stole 2240.9 litres of diesel fuel from an onsite tank worth $2756.00.
