THEFT OF HIGH END FORD PICKUP TRUCK

On January 7th, 2008, a male who identified himself as Christopher Ernest Nelson attended Ranchland Ford Dealership in High River.  He spoke with a sales person inquiring about the purchase of a high end 2008 Ford Harley Davidson F350 pickup truck.  The subject took the vehicle for a test drive and failed to return it to the dealership.  The investigation revealed the subject provided a false name and identification and has also attempted this scam in Calgary and Medicine Hat dealerships. 

He is described as Caucasian, approx 30 yrs old, 6'4", 180 lbs, blue eyes, blond hair, fair complexion and well dressed at the time.  A composite drawing has been reproduced and the RCMP is asking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect.  Please see the composite image below.

The vehicle is described as a 2008 Ford F350 Harley Davidson Series, crew cab, black in color.  

The High River RCMP are continuing to investigate this incident and is asking the public for assistance in identifying the male subject and or providing any information in relation to this crime.
